The Christ Memorial Library
Due to the pandemic, our library is not currently open. Updates on accessibility will be posted in the e-blast. If you have materials previously checked out that you wish to return, they can be left in the tub just outside the library entrance.
The Christ Memorial Library, located off the rotunda, contains over 6000 books and DVDs in a wide range of topics, appropriate for all members of your family. Whether you are looking for adult Christian fiction, the latest books to help spiritually build your Christian life and family, books on Christ-centered leadership skills, or children’s books and DVDs, a visit to the library will provide you many choices. New materials are added regularly. NOTE: Donations of recently copyrighted Christian books and DVDs may be accepted. Please contact Cynthia Kleinheksel at Librarian@christmemorial.org before dropping off any donated items.
It is easy to use the library. If you have not already registered, when the library reopens you can begin by coming to the library and filling out a patron registration card. The pre-numbered cards allow you to check out materials immediately using a written checkout system. After your name has been entered into the computerized system, you will be able to come into the library anytime to check out your own materials using the self-checkout station.
Prior to the pandemic, a dedicated group of volunteers staffed the library every Sunday between the two morning services. We hope to resume this once the threat of COVID-19 has passed. In the meantime, if you have questions you may contact Cynthia at Librarian@christmemorial.org.
